Who can apply ?

The course is open to: Medical graduate (MBBS) with Post-graduate degree or Medical graduate (MBBS) with at least 3 years of experience as primary care physician/clinical experience or Medical graduate(MBBS) as per recommendation of Regional Faculty.

How to apply ?

For enrollment in the certificate program Cycle-V, the completed application form with a Demand Draft/Cheque of Rs. 18,000/- should be sent in favour of "Public Health Foundation of India" payable at New Delhi. The DD/Cheque along with the application can be submitted to: Program Coordinator, Program Secretariat-CCEBDM, Public Health Foundation of India, Plot No. 47, Sector 44, Institutional Area, Gurgaon-122002, India.
