Dr. Goenka is a specialist in the area of chronic disease, health promotion, behavior modification, primary health care delivery, qualitative research methods, and chronic disease epidemiology. Dr. Goenka received her MBBS from Topiwala National Medical College, undertook fellowships at the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and completed her doctoral work at AIIMS conducting an in-depth, ethnographic fieldwork study to understand the micro-dynamics of healthcare-delivery at the level of the private general practitioners in relation to diabetes. She has 18 years' experience interacting with a wide range of groups, from healthcare providers to marginalized populations, from community members, children and school groups to policy makers, and has made significant contributions through research, design, planning, training, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of many national and international projects in India.

Mr. Chhibber is a media strategist, communications and PR professional & has almost a decade and a half long experience in Corporate, Media and Government Communications. Presently, Mr. Chhibber is Head of Media Relations at the Public Health Foundation of India, New Delhi and the Indian Institutes of Public Health (IIPHs). At PHFI he focuses on developing and implementing PHFI and IIPHs Strategic Communications Roadmap and is responsible for developing an organizational communication strategy. He maintains good relations with the national and international media ensuring steady press coverage and is responsible for generating and managing communication materials like press releases, media alerts, coordinating corporate & project film shoots, and developing advertising material and corporate literatures for fundraising. He oversees the Web and Social Media management and is handling Government Relations and Overseas Coordination for PHFI. He assists the PHFI President's office in developing contacts for the organization in Central Government/State Government departments, Embassies/High Commission's along with multilateral-bilateral agencies and universities. She completed her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS). During her academic tenure she has received various accolades, like scholarships and gold medal. Dr. Monga has worked as a clinician, academician and administrator for over 4 years in a private Dental college. Post that, she joined NIHFW as Research Officer in RCH Unit where her duties mainly consisted of quality assurance activities of NRHM trainings conducted all over India. She had assisted activities such as project management, research, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building and administration of project’s implementation with various states & districts in the areas of RCH for more than 3 years in the RCH unit at NIHFW (An extension of training division, National Health Mission, MOHFW).

She had monitored RCH trainings in the thematic areas of maternal health, child health and adolescent health for quality. She was nominated by NIHFW for an association with the European Union's ITS project at NIHFW where she played a key role in conceptualizing QA cell at NIHFW. She was also the key contributor for the QA manual and guidelines for establishing internal quality assurance cells at NIHFW and collaborating training institutes. Prior to joining PHFI, she worked as Consultant (Performance Improvement) in Government Health Advisory Unit of Ernst and Young. In EY, she was involved in various ongoing projects like IT enablement of NDMC hospitals, Occupational Health Audit programs etc. She was also involved in analysis based business development activities like designing project proposals and providing solutions for state specific Health systems. Dr. Priscilla C Ngaihte

Dr. Priscilla C Ngaihte , currently holding the position of Manager- Projects and Development in the Centre for Chronic Conditions and Injuries, Public Health Foundation of India completed her Master’s in Public Health (Global Health) from the Simon Fraser University, Burnaby Canada. She was a Wellcome Trust Research Fellow from 2014-2016. She was also the T5 student representative for Boston University’s Web Portal in 2009 and completed fellowship for T5 Program from Boston University, Massachusetts in 2009. She also successfully completed fellowship in HIV Medicine from Sydney University in 2011 under the Australian Leadership Fellowship Program. Her association with Public Health Foundation of India began way back in the year 2007 when she applied for the prestigious Future Faculty Fellowship – an initiative of the Public Health Foundation of India and the Association Schools of Public Health and was selected to be a future faculty with full scholarship for post graduate training in Public Health. On completion of her post-graduation in Global Public Health, she was appointed as Public Health Specialist at Public Health Foundation of India and Lecturer to Indian Institute of Public Health.

Since her student years, Dr. Priscilla has been a keen advocate of community health development, involved in various spheres as an activist and youth leader in fund-raising activities. Dr. Priscilla has a strong inclination towards medical research in public health and has been a recipient of a number of awards including the SFU Community Health Award for Health Research for her work around HIV and high risk communities in North East India, the India-SFU Scholar Award and the TD Canada Trust Award for Health Sciences. As a future faculty fellow, she was earlier involved in teaching and conducting trainings in the Public Health Foundation of India and has lead and is associated with a handful of projects as the Principal Investigator and Co Principal Investigator. Dr. Priscilla C Ngaihte has achieved a number of accolades and awards and published a couple of her academic /research work thus making her community and her tribe proud at national and international level. Highly regarded as a Public Health Specialist and a keen advocate and supporter of community health and rights, she is now made in charge of the eight north eastern states for Public Health Foundation of India in the capacity of Health Systems Strengthening and Capacity Building and training of Primary Care Physicians under the Centre for Chronic Conditions and Injuries Division.
